Yay! We’re thrilled you’ll be joining us in Iceland! Now let’s get you booked.

Please follow the steps below to confirm your place on the trip.

STEP 1:

Buy Now and fill out your details in the booking form. You’ll be asked to confirm that you’ve read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Traveler Pledge.

If you choose to pay in instalments, you will be sent automatic payment requests as specified below:

• 91 days before trip – 50% of trip cost
• 75 days before trip – 80% of trip cost
• 60 days before trip – 100% of trip cost

STEP 2:

You will receive a confirmation as soon as you complete your booking. We will send you a booking confirmation on email too with Next Steps

* Note: Please wait to hear from us before booking flights to the destination of the Trip.

STEP 3:

You will recieve a Pre-trip- Preference form to provide us with all your necessary personal information. This will help us choose your roommate for you! The preference form link will come to you in your Confirmation email, so make sure to check that out.

* Note: This trip pricing is on twin sharing basis. If you wish to upgrade to a single room, pls choose the add on option before making the advance payment.

STEP 4:

Our team can assist you with your Visa Process. We will send you information on next steps for Visa over email.

STEP 5:

Ready to Book your flights! Book your flights once you receive a Green signal from us. Book your tickets based on the arrival and departure date mentioned on your confirmation email. Please check out the time of arrival on day 1.

STEP 6:

10 days prior to the trip, You will be sent a link to join the Trip group, where you will get to connect with all your co- travellers and all necessary pre arrival information will be shared with you.

STEP 7:

Get Excited! You’re going to Croatia!!
