1. Introduction
At The Passport Paradise (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellations and refund requests as fairly as possible, in compliance with Indian laws.
2. Payment terms:
Booking Fee– Booking deposit fee is non refundable under any circumstance
Booking Confirmation– Your booking fee is refundable in the event you are not shortlisted for the trip. Your spot and your payment confirmation will be sent to you via email
Full Payment– 100% Trip cost is payable 60 days prior to the trip OR 10 days prior to receiving the visa related documents from us
All payments will have an additional 5% GST and 5% refundable TCS applicable to it
Booking Fee: Booking deposit fee (Deposit) is nonrefundable under all circumstances unless your invitation request is not shortlisted for the trip by us. Your confirmed spot and your payment confirmation will be sent to you via email
Payment: upon receipt of the confirmation of your spot in the trip by us, you are required to make 100% of the trip cost is payable 60 days prior to the trip or 10 days prior to receiving the visa related documents from us; whichever is earlier.
All payments will have an additional 5% GST and 5% refundable TCS applicable.
3. Refund in case of Visa Related issue:
If visa is not received 45 days prior to the trip you have 2 options:
You may choose to move your trip to any future dated trip. To be booked within the next 90 days. Bookings to the new trip should be made at least 45 days prior to start of the new selected trip. Rs. 8000 will be charged as admin cost for trip transfer.
You may continue to wait for your visa. In the event if the visa is rejected beyond 31 days to trip start date; then the entire trip cost is non refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
Notice Requirement: To cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at the earliest over email at admin@thepassportparadise.com. Pls mention CANCELLATION REQUEST in the subject line of your email.
Cancellation requests/intimation sent via social media/what’s up channel will not be treated as a written request.
Refund Eligibility: Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation. Detailed conditions are outlined below.
Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [14] business days from the date of cancellation notice.
4.2 Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel bookings under circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative booking option.
5. Refund Policies
5.1. Trip Cancellation
Booking deposit (Deposit) fee is non-refundable under any circumstance
Cancellation made more than 75 days before trip date: after deducting booking deposit, amount received from the customer will be refunded.
Cancellation made 46 to 75 days before tour date: 50% of trip cost is non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be refunded or can be used as Trip credit for a future trip
Cancellation made less than 31-45 days before tour date: 75% of trip cost is non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be refunded or can be used as Trip credit for a future trip.
Cancellation made less than 31 days – No refund
5.2. Refund Processing
Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. In cases where this is not possible, an alternative method will be arranged.
Service Fees: All refunds are subject to service fees and other charges incurred during the booking process, which are non-refundable
Deposit : Deposit paid at time of booking is non-refundable.
6. Amendments and Changes
6.1 Changes by Customer:
Requests for amendments to bookings (such as changes in destination ) are subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
6.2 Changes by Us:
If we need to make significant changes to your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
